The RDT is a highly versatile rapidly deployable tower designed specifically for emergency restoration, wireless internet, video surveillance, PCS or temporary communications use. The tilt-up 30m Rapid Deploy Tower system is the best alternative to expensive, heavy, or costly mobile telescopic mast systems. System can be supplied in a transport/equipment shelter trailer complete with electrical system, lights and rooftop A/C unit. Their lightweight design and sturdy galvanized steel tube construction make RDT's reliable in extreme conditions yet easy to transport to remote sites. Tower tubes (a combination of 3m (10') and 1.5m (5') sections) slide together without bolts or clamps, then tilt up from the ground with a ginpole and winch. RDT's are supported with aircraft cable guy wires in four directions at each guy level. Guy wires are anchored with standard screw-in anchors (other anchor types are available for various soil conditions). No cranes or concrete foundations are required. The system includes steel base plates, pre-cut guy wires on spools, screw-in anchors, all necessary hardware, and instructions. A ginpole and winch is not included in the RDT system but is required for installation of the Rapid Deploy Tower.
